1970s Cassette recorders
In 1964 Phillips introduced the Compact Cassette Tape. I believe the first tape recorder I ever had was a cassette recorder. It is now long lost, but I still have recordings I made in about 1970 or so. Here is a fragment of myself and my friend Kris playing a duet (*.wma 571 kb) recorded in perhaps about 1974.
