Offender Absconds, Officer Honoured
Gaya, 16 July, (Dainik Jagran). At the Crime Meeting it was announced that the in-charge of Cherki police station was to be honoured for recovering a stolen bicycle. The DSP in relation to this incident said that 'Sir the cycle has been recovered but the offender has escaped!' Several officers in the meeting couldn't stop themselves laughing at this, even the honoured officer blushed.
